O presente Termo de Referência tem por objetivo apontar os fundamentos da contratação proposta e sua viabilidade para aquisição de medicamentos, com a finalidade de atender às unidades de saúde sob gestão desta Secretaria de Estado de Saúde do Rio de Janeiro (SES/RJ), Departamento Geral de Ações Socioeducativas (DEGASE) e Secretaria de Estado de Administração Penitenciária (SEAP), conforme condições, quantidades, exigências e estimativas estabelecidas neste instrumento. No contexto do Componente Básico da Assistência Farmacêutica (CBAF), o objetivo é adquirir medicamentos que devem ser destinados à SEAP em conformidade com a Política Nacional de Atenção Integral à Saúde das Pessoas Privadas de Liberdade no Sistema Prisional (PNAISP).
