- The successful Offeror will be responsible to meet insurance requirements in accordance with the resulting contract section entitled 'Insurance' (Section 3.6)
- Offerors who are Former Public Servants in receipt of a Pension or Lump Sum Payment must provide the information required in the 'Annex- Offeror Declaration Form' before contract award (Section 3.7)
