- Minimum experience: 12 years
- Experience of working in tourism related projects in the last 6 years with State/Central Government or their PSUs
- Must have led at least 1 tourism sector PMU for long term (12-month duration & minimum value of INR 100.00 Lakhs) in last 5 year
- Must have minimum experience in at least 1 Investment Promotion/ Policy formulation in any State/Central Government or their PSUs
- Experience of at least 15 bid process management project
- Minimum experience in 5 projects involving financial management, project financial structuring, market feasibility, transaction advisory in PPP projects, drafting of Bidding documents, etc. in Urban, in Tourism or Hospitality Sector
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in any Central/State Government involving financial management, financial analysis, audits, or subsidy/incentive evaluation preferably in the context of investment projects
