SACAA seeks a service provider to deliver a comprehensive business continuity management programme and a fully managed offsite recovery facility for three years. The facility must include 48 recovery workstations, a 23-seat examination room, a six-seat contact centre, backup power and water, security and environmental controls. Advisory services cover six BCM phases, including business impact analysis, threat and risk assessment, plan reviews and testing.
